“The attack on the Ukrainian railway station is another horrific atrocity perpetrated by Russia, in which civilians were targeted as they tried to evacuate and get to safety.

We will continue our security and arms assistance to help Ukraine defend its country. And together with our allies and partners, we will support efforts to investigate this attack by documenting Russia’s actions and holding them accountable.”
