Hydraulic rail straightener GR-12 is designed for straightening of rails and railroad switches laid on wooden and concrete sleepers during repair and routine track maintenance.

The operating procedure of the rail straightener:
- Before using the rail straightener, remove it from long-term storage if needed and check its completion.
- Check the oil and its level in the rail straightener reservoir . If necessary, fill in the new clear oil through the filler plug.
- Bleed the air from closed cavities by pumping the straightener with the open drain valve
- Check the rail straightener operation in the idle
- To straighten the railway track, bring the gripper up to the stop against the rail base.
- Move the track to the required position by moving the handle. The outlet valve must be turned all the way down.
- Release the straightener from the load by turning the drain valve counterclockwise.
- Your safety is your personal responsibility. Always follow the correct procedures.
