Qualification Round for Copenhagen Trains Supply

Alstom, CAF, and the consortium of Siemens Mobility and Stadler have successfully qualified for the supply of 226 trains with the highest level of automation (GoA4) for Copenhagen’s urban railway system, S-tog, as reported by the railway portal Railway Supply
The corresponding tender, valued at €3.5 billion, was announced in May.
The national carrier, DSB, anticipates the possibility of signing the contract in the first half of 2025.
Ukrainian Manufacturers at Trako 2023: Railway Supply
The first trains are expected to enter service around 2030.
