At that time, the stamp was worth 20 Maldivian rupees (almost 5 zlotys). To this day, you can buy the stamps from a Lithuanian company (Stamperija) that purchases stamps for collectors around the world. According to the company, the current price for stamps with perforation is 3.85 euros, while stamps without perforation are already 15 euros.

In addition to Pesa Elf, the High Speed Trains stamp series includes three high speed trains: Bombardier Zefiro, TGV POS and TGV Thalys.

“As you can see, the glory of trains under the Pesa Design brand crosses the borders of Europe, I am glad that the quality of this design was noticed by designers even in the distant Maldives, and I can assure you that the latest projects within the Regio160 platform will also be interesting,” said the head of Public Relations Department of Pesa Bydgoszcz Maciej Grześkowiak.
