LTG Cargo Ukraine will lease two diesel locomotives to the Agro-Region concern

On December 16, LTG Cargo Ukraine signed a preliminary agreement with the Agro-Region agricultural concern on the lease of two shunting diesel locomotives.

This is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to LTG Cargo Ukraine. Under the terms of the deal, the subsidiary company LTG Cargo will lease out shunting diesel locomotives for long-term lease, which will be used to operate at the Agro-Region elevator in Boryspil. The locomotives will be delivered next year.

As specified in the message, Agro-Region was founded in 2002 and is one of the most successful and modern agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. The company operates on 41 thousand hectares in the Kyiv, Chernygiv, Zhytomyr and Khmelnitsky regions of Ukraine, has an income of over $ 100 million and employs 550 employees.
As a reminder, LTG Cargo Ukraine became the operator of the Viking train in Ukraine.
