KVSZ repaired DPKR-3 diesel train and handed it over to UZ
PJSC “Kryukovsky Railcar Building Plant” handed over to Ukrzaliznytsia a diesel train DPKr-3-001 after a scheduled repair of PR-2 at the Kolomyia depot of the Lviv Railway.
The head of the press service of the enterprise, Anna Kudiyarova, wrote about this on her Facebook page, informs Railway Supply magazine.
According to her, the work was carried out by KVSZ specialists, since the train is being serviced by the manufacturing plant. At present, the mileage of DPKr-3-001 is 255.4 thousand km.
As part of PR-2, an audit of security systems was carried out, maintenance of diesel installations with an operating time of 8 thousand engine hours, an audit and repair of all other diesel train systems.
Despite the difficult situation, employees of the Impuls enterprise in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region, carried out an audit of the security system.
DPKr-3-001 is a three-car diesel train put into operation in December 2019. At first he worked on the route Kyiv-Airport “Borispol”. Subsequently, the train was transferred to the Lviv railway for further operation.
As previously reported, the additional Lviv-Khelm route will be served by diesel trains from KVSZ.
