ÖBB Rail Cargo Group has announced the opening of 16 regular intermodal services, as reported by the railway portal Railway Supply.

All routes are part of the Central Corridor between Europe and Central Asia, with transit times of approximately 30 days.

All routes ‘safely and reliably pass through non-sanctioned countries, allowing customers to obtain transport insurance’; they also bypass congested ports, the operator added.
