Components for the construction of metro cars
Components for the construction of metro cars models 81-7021/7022, 81-7036/7037
Mask with glass.
The mask is a non-load-bearing fiberglass-reinforced plastic element for decorating the front car of the train with preformed insert elements. The kit includes the front glass, glass for headlights, and a glass cleaning system.
The mask provides a space for installing an information system. The front window is a laminated safety glass designed for transport, with curvature to fit the shape of the front part of the train.
The glass is installed on the car by adhesive bonding. The delivery kit includes metal inserts for bonding the glass and adhesive.
Installation of the driver’s cabin air conditioner.
The Transport Driver’s Cabin Air Conditioner (TDCAC) is designed to maintain comfortable temperature conditions in the driver’s cabin of metro cars.
The conditioner uses a sealed compressor for air cooling (using R407 refrigerant), and electric heating is used for heating.
The conditioner operates at ambient temperatures from -40 °C to +40 °C and relative humidity up to 80%.
The conditioner operates in the following modes: cooling, heating, and ventilation. Control of the conditioner’s operating modes is done with a control panel installed in the driver’s cabin.
The conditioner is powered by single-phase voltage of 220 V, 50 Hz, and can be powered by a direct voltage source of 80 V when using an inverter.
Driver’s console.
The driver’s console includes:
* Panels with installed control elements and measuring instruments;
* Driver’s controller;
* Driver’s brake valve.
The console is compatible with the standard electrical diagram of the 81-717 model train. The console frame is made of fiberglass. The console is supplied assembled with installed elements.
Window kit.
The window kit includes 6 windows with sliding vents and the driver’s side window. The window with sliding vents is conditionally divided into two parts.
The lower part has transport glass. The upper part consists of an aluminum system with two sliding vents. When closed, the vents are secured with locks. The window design ensures watertightness when the vents are closed in rainy conditions.
The driver’s side window is a window with a sliding vent. The window is conditionally divided into two parts. The lower part has transport glass. The upper part has a vent in an aluminum frame with a mechanism for lowering the vent. When closed, the vent is secured with a mechanical lock.
The kit includes a rubber profile for attaching the window to the car.
Kit for side wall coverings.
The kit for side wall coverings consists of flat and three-dimensional panels made of thermoformed plastic and 4mm fiberglass. The panels have edges around the sliding doors. The panels have spaces for attaching advertisements. The panels are attached to the train body with minimal visible fastening.
Sub-ceiling technological hatches fold up with mechanical fixation in the open position. When closed, the hatches are locked with triangular key locks. The hatch design includes compensating elements along the length of the train.
Ventilation grilles made of stainless steel are integrated into window guards. The end tables are made of fiberglass. The tables have technological hatches with triangular key locks. The end over-door panels are made of fiberglass: on one side of the train – without hatches, on the other side – with transparent doors that open upwards, with triangular key locks.
A stainless steel baseboard is installed along the contour of the train floor.
Ceiling kit.
The ceiling kit consists of a set of hatches made of sheet steel in a trough shape, with powder coating.
In the central part of the ceiling along the train, there are hatches made of material that allows light to pass through and scatter. Behind the hatches is a lighting system consisting of two LED lines with converters for each line.
The ceiling elements are attached without visible fastening and with elements compensating for length errors along the train.
Horizontal blinds are installed in the ventilation niches.
Seat kit.
The seat kit includes six 6-seater seats and four 3-seater seats (intermediate car) and six 6-seater seats and two 3-seater seats (front car). The 6-seater seat consists of two separate elements, three seats each. The seat is made of fiberglass with a glossy smooth surface and inserts of flame-retardant fabric.
In each seat section, both the back and the seat fold down. In the closed position, the elements are fixed with 3-sided locks: seats to the floor, and the back to the body’s power structure.
Driver’s cabin interior elements kit.
The kit includes flat and three-dimensional panels made of thermoformed plastic, 4mm thick. The kit includes protections for the driver’s front and side windows, corner joints, made in the same color as the flat panels, and the driver’s seat.
The driver’s seat is an ergonomic chair equipped with height adjustment, headrests, armrests, and a backrest. The seat is equipped with a vibration damping system with mechanical suspension and longitudinal travel depending on the driver’s physical characteristics.
Set of sliding door leaves. Side door mechanism.
The sliding door leaves are an aluminum frame covered with aluminum cladding. Transport glass is installed on the door leaves by adhesive bonding. Brackets are installed on the door leaves, on which rollers and elements of the chain mechanism for moving the door leaves on the train are located.
The side door mechanism is a guide rail with fastening elements for the standard mounting system on the train.
