A train carrying grain derailed in Romania

In Romania, a train carrying grain derailed with nine cars leaving the tracks and two overturning, on January 16, 25 km from the city of Craiova, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
The incident involved a 35-car train owned by the private freight operator Global Rail Solutions, loaded with grain and en route to Bucharest. It is currently unknown whether the grain originated from Ukraine.
The incident damaged the power grid and a utility pole over a 200-meter stretch, leading to train traffic restrictions.
This follows a previous incident in Moldova where six cars carrying Ukrainian grain derailed.
