Electric buses will appear in Kharkiv after the war
21.05.2022
Kharkiv intends to create new transport logistics and upgrade rolling stock fleets.
This is reported by Railway Supply magazine.
According to the mayor, the city plans to purchase electric buses for Kharkiv so that the city will be the first in the country to launch this modern and environmentally friendly mode of transport.
“I want Kharkiv residents to travel in comfortable new transport. If we talk about trams – then it should be “Stadler”, if we say “buses” – then we mean electric buses, as for trolleybuses – they have to be with autonomous running. Our city has always been known for its comfort, coziness and beauty,” said the mayor.
