Deutsche Bahn tightens sleeper inspections
“The introduction of non-stop travel between the “Fricacei-Etulia” and “Reni-Gjurjulesti” checkpoints in both directions will allow speeding up and increasing the volume of railway transportation. These are important changes for the further development of the entire Danube port cluster. At the same time, we are focusing our efforts on the development of infrastructure in the seaports of Izmail and Reni to expand the range of cargo. Last year, we managed to transfer more than 16 million tons of cargo. This is three times more than the pre-war period. This year, we plan to further increase the volume of transportation across the Danube River” the Vice Prime Minister said.
