The Cabinet of Ministers has reappointed the management of UZ to the end of the year

On October 25, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution reappointing the management of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia until December 31, 2021 and terminated the powers of two members of the board of JSC UZ.
In particular, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Peculiarities of Establishing a Joint-Stock Company of Public Railway Transport”, the Cabinet of Ministers terminated the powers of František Bures and Ivan Yuryk, members of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia.
This was reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to the Cabinet of Ministers .
According to the resolution, Oleksandr Kamyshin was relieved of his duties as the chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia. Orest Logunov, Oleksandr Pertsovsky, Ivan Sinyakov and Roman Chernytsky were relieved of their duties as members of the board of UZ JSC.

Also, in accordance with the resolution, the company management was reappointed until the end of the year.
“Temporarily, for the period until the general meeting of the joint-stock company “Ukrzaliznytsia” concerning the formation of the board of the company, but not later than December 31, 2021, to elect and appoint Chairman of the Board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” Olexandr Kamyshin and members of the board of JSC UZ Hryhoriy Boyko, Orest Logunov, Yevhen Lyashchenko, Oleksandr Pertsovsky and Roman Chernytsky, ” the resolution reads.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution amending the charter of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia. In particular, the item related to the selection of candidates for the positions of the chairman and members of the board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia has disappeared from the new version of the document.
