In the first phase, the partners intend to explore a model of container transportation through the ports of Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot to assess the potential of the new transport scheme.

In the future, it is planned to use rail ferries for moving freight wagons, opening new logistics routes for companies from Poland, the Czech Republic, and other Central and Southern European countries.

It is expected that this will allow businesses to expand their delivery capabilities, including transport to the Adriatic Sea coast.

The process will involve modern multi-system locomotives from PKP CARGO International, ensuring the reliability and flexibility of transport solutions.

The launch of the ferry service will open new prospects for the development of international logistics, offering faster and more cost-effective routes.

This will be an important addition to the existing transport infrastructure, supporting the integration of various modes of transport and helping to reduce the load on highways.
