Northwestern Ontario welcomes CPKC Christmas Holiday Train
02.12.2025
CPKC Christmas Holiday Train returns to northwestern Ontario this week as part of Canadian Pacific Kansas City’s annual cross-country holiday tour. The tradition, detailed on CPKC’s official Holiday Train page, brings a rolling holiday show with live music to several northern communities.
This is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
At every stop along the route, the train’s built-in stage turns into a short live concert. These performances add to the calendar of northwestern Ontario train concerts and are used to raise money and collect local food bank donations in each community, a focus also emphasised in Railway Supply’s coverage of the CPKC Holiday Train.
