Wascosa equipped the platform with an automated tarp controlled by a button, protecting the cargo from moisture. The platform is also fitted with derailment detectors for additional safety.

The platform demonstrates a high payload capacity of 68.5 tons with an axle load of 22.5 tons. This makes it an optimal solution for the metallurgical industry.

Wagons for Fertilizers: Reliability and Efficiency

The second new product from Wascosa is the Tanoos hopper, developed in partnership with DB Cargo and K+S. This wagon combines central and side gravity unloading options through a rotating mechanism.

The hopper is designed for extended service life and increased reliability. Its payload capacity is 67.5 tons, and the body volume is 74.3 cubic meters, optimizing the fertilizer transportation process.

Thus, the new wagons from Wascosa showcase high-tech solutions and meet the needs of industrial sectors. The company continues to strengthen its position in the railway transportation market.
