Martinus Expands Rail Infrastructure with FBOOT Model
Treaven Martinus, CEO and founder, emphasized the shared values between both organizations. They aim to create faster, more efficient rail systems through innovation and close collaboration.
“Our model goes beyond logistics,” said Martinus. “We combine design, construction, and capital to reduce delays and align completely with client goals.”
The partnership activates the full service offering of the Martinus Group. Its Infrastructure division will deploy an FBOOT strategy—Finance, Build, Own, Operate, Transfer—to deliver and manage large-scale assets.
Haulage by Martinus Tailored to Vitrinite’s Objectives
Haulage by Martinus will provide end-to-end above-rail services tailored to customer objectives. The Martinus Group will ensure seamless integration across all operational phases.
“We focus on delivering reliable, efficient transport solutions that work for our partners,” said Lee Morrissey, National Haulage Business Development Manager.
He added that working with Vitrinite allows Martinus to customize a haulage solution that supports both sides equally. This aligns with their philosophy of long-term, shared-value partnerships.
Unlike traditional contract models, this agreement emphasizes open-book transparency, joint design, and flexibility at every stage. Both firms will remain focused on delivering value and measurable outcomes.
Through this partnership, Martinus strengthens its footprint in Queensland while setting a benchmark for integrated rail delivery in Australia.
