LTG Group has presented its updated strategy, “Integration into Europe.”, as reported by the railway portal Railway Supply.

The strategy encompasses five key directions:

  • Expanding business in Northern and Western Europe.
  • Increasing operational efficiency.
  • Strengthening organizational culture.
  • Business sustainability.
  • Resilience.

According to Kęstutis Šliužas, the Chairman of the Board of LTG, continuous work in these five core directions will enable them to establish the necessary connections within the country and continue integration with Europe. Furthermore, it will provide an opportunity to fulfill LTG Group’s mission, which is to connect people and businesses for a more sustainable future.

By pursuing these directions, all companies within LTG Group aim to share a common vision: to become the foundation of the transport system.

This is how we meet the expectations of our shareholders and create value for those to whom we are accountable – the people of Lithuania,” said Egidijus Lazauskas, CEO of LTG, while presenting the strategy.
