Strategy and Innovations

One of the most remarkable outcomes of the meeting was the development of a new strategy focused on optimizing logistics processes. Specifically, an innovative method was proposed: after delivering bulk goods, containers are loaded with general cargo for transportation from Klaipeda.

This approach significantly reduces the number of empty containers returned to Ukraine, which, in turn, lowers costs and enhances the efficiency of the logistics chain.

Successful Pilot Project

A pilot project, implemented by the LTG Cargo Ukraine team in the fall of 2023, served as a vivid example of the successful integration of the new strategy.

The project demonstrated high efficiency and was met with great enthusiasm.

The success of this pilot project is an important step towards the full-scale implementation of the proposed innovations in logistics practice.

New Horizons of Cooperation

The meeting also discussed prospects and new horizons in the field of liquid cargo and road transport.

The use of innovative containers for these purposes opens up additional opportunities for the development and optimization of logistics processes.

Partners are actively exploring the potential of new solutions, striving to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of their logistics operations.

This meeting in Warsaw was not just about discussing current tasks but also an important stage towards long-term cooperation and development.

The decisions made and plans outlined open new opportunities for all participants in the logistics chain, strengthening ties between Ukraine and the Baltic countries.

LTG Cargo Ukraine, a subsidiary of LTG Cargo, plays a crucialrole as a comprehensive link between the Baltic countries and Ukraine.
