JUSDA Serbian logistics hub in Zrenjanin is now in operation, giving JUSDA Europe a stronger base in south-eastern Europe. The new Serbian logistics centre supports distribution across the Balkans and routes connected with Turkey and Asia.

JUSDA logistics centre in Serbia targets regional flows
JUSDA Europe has invested €1 million in the new distribution centre in Zrenjanin. The site covers 11,000 square metres, and the company plans to employ up to 150 people at the operation.
The facility is located in Vojvodina, one of Serbia’s main industrial regions. From there, JUSDA Europe plans to serve customers across the Balkans and strengthen transport connections towards Turkey and Asia-linked flows. Serbia’s position between the EU, the Balkans and Turkey supports that role for companies seeking more flexible regional distribution.
The project also sits within broader changes in European supply chains. Manufacturers are increasingly looking at nearshoring and logistics locations closer to end markets, while the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia presents the Zrenjanin opening as part of Serbia’s growing logistics role in south-eastern Europe.
“Serbia today represents one of the most interesting logistics points in Europe. It combines a strategic location, growing infrastructure and a strong industrial base. For us, it is a key location from which we can efficiently serve the whole region of south-eastern Europe and connected markets,” said Petr Škoda, CEO of JUSDA Europe.
End-to-end services at the Zrenjanin distribution centre
The Zrenjanin distribution centre has been designed as an end-to-end logistics hub for industrial customers. Its services cover intralogistics management at production sites, inbound and outbound transport, domestic and international distribution, and warehousing.
JUSDA Europe says the centre is based on centralised digital management and monitoring of logistics flows. In practical terms, this model is intended to give customers more control over transport flows and distribution processes across the wider region.
“Companies today are dealing not only with transport costs, but above all with speed, stability and transparency of the supply chain. Thanks to centralised management and digitalisation, we can optimise transport flows, speed up distribution and significantly increase control over the entire logistics process,” Škoda added.
Serbia’s role in JUSDA Europe’s logistics network
The new JUSDA Serbian logistics hub forms part of the company’s wider supply chain management activities. JUSDA Europe belongs to Hon Hai Technology Group and works with sectors including technology, automotive, retail and industrial production.
Alongside road, rail, sea and air transport, the company operates warehouse capacity and tailored logistics solutions. JUSDA Europe describes this wider model through its multimodal transport and warehousing services, with the Serbian logistics centre now positioning Zrenjanin as a base for serving south-eastern Europe and connected markets.
