Interpipe has completed the placement of Eurobonds for $ 300 000 000
Interpipe announced the successful completion of the placement of new Eurobonds in the amount of USD 300 000 000. The company must make payments on them until 2026.

These Eurobonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange starting May 13, 2021. The coupon rate for the Eurobonds was 8.375% per annum. Applications were received from about 50 investors. The investor base of the new issue consists primarily of asset management companies, which account for 53% of total listings, reports Railway Supply citing Railinsider.

Investors from the USA, Great Britain and continental Europe have the following shares: 43%, 26% and 26%, respectively, the share of investors from Asia is 5%. The Joint Bookrunners were Goldman Sachs International and J.P. Morgan.
As a reminder, according to the results of last year, Interpipe reduced its profit by 4.2 times compared to the previous year – from $ 828.66 million to $ 195.12 million. At the same time, the company’s operating profit increased 2.6 times – to $ 212.8 million.
