Ukrainian railway wheels for Deutsche Bahn high-speed trains

The first batch of Ukrainian railroad wheels produced by Interpipe has been shipped for high-speed trains of Deutsche Bahn, as Railway Supply magazine reports citing CFTS.

The Ukrainian manufacturer has independently developed the entire production technology. Wheels for Deutsche Bahn passenger high-speed trains are delivered for the first time.

“The company is one of the leaders in the European market in the segment of railway wheels for freight cars. Two out of three freight cars in Europe are equipped with our wheels. In addition, Interpipe has already supplied wheeled products for commuter passenger transport, ”the press service of the Ukrainian manufacturer reports.

Earlier it was reported that Interpipe shipped passenger railway wheels for the high-speed surface metro in Bangkok.
