InnoTrans 2024: Interview with Vladimir Morozov, CEO of LLC “RPA “A.T.O.R.”

LLC “RPA “A.T.O.R.” is a leader in the comprehensive supply of products for passenger cars, electric trains, and social-purpose transport in Ukraine. Ahead of InnoTrans 2024, we spoke with Vladimir Morozov, CEO of LLC “RPA “A.T.O.R.”, as the company participates in the exhibition at the Ukrainian stand.

– Vladimir, LLC “RPA “A.T.O.R.” is actively involved in international forums, and this is not your first exhibition. Could you tell us about your participation in InnoTrans 2024?

We are very pleased to participate in InnoTrans 2024. Last year, we represented our company at the Ukrainian stand at Trako 2023 (Gdansk, Poland). This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our latest developments and solutions in comprehensive interior and sanitary modules for passenger cars, especially for overnight trains, electric trains, and social-purpose transport. Despite the challenging situation in our country, we are ready to present Ukrainian products at such a high-profile forum!

– What are your expectations from participating in the exhibition?

The main goal is to demonstrate to European partners that Ukraine has modern enterprises with experience in designing and serially supplying products for rail transport. We will present a range of new products, including an eco-friendly toilet kit for passenger cars and a sanitary module for passenger cars. We will also showcase elements of modernization for tram passenger cars and other innovative developments that meet the highest international standards of quality and safety.

– How does your company implement innovations in its production processes?

Our company is constantly working on implementing modern solutions and modernizing production processes. We use advanced equipment and technologies, which allows us to maintain a leading position in the Ukrainian market and offer our clients products of the highest quality. Our main structural divisions, such as the design and technological bureau and the programming bureau, are actively involved in developing and implementing new technologies.

– How do you ensure the quality of your products?

In 2024, we confirmed our international quality management system, complying with EN ISO 9001:2015 and DSTU ISO 9001:2015 standards. We have a technical control and certification bureau, as well as testing stands, which allow for comprehensive checks of our products. This ensures the reliability and safety of our products. Additionally, in August this year, we received an international certificate for welding production EN ISO 3834-2:2022 and EN ISO 15085-2:2020 for rail transport welding production. We are among the top ten in Ukraine!

– What are the prospects and development plans for LLC “RPA “A.T.O.R.” in the coming years?

We plan to continue expanding our production capacities and implementing new technologies. In the coming years, we aim to increase the range of our products and improve their quality to meet the growing demands of our clients and partners. Since 2023, we have been actively negotiating with representatives of Stadler and Skoda and are considering the option of opening a branch in Poland. We are also working on strengthening our position in the international market, including participation in other major exhibitions and forums.

– What does participating in InnoTrans 2024 mean for your company?

Participation in InnoTrans 2024 is very important for us. It is a great opportunity not only to showcase our achievements but also to establish new business contacts, exchange experiences with colleagues from different countries, and learn about the latest trends and innovations in the industry. Meetings have been scheduled and confirmations received for discussions at the Ukrainian stand, as well as at our partners’ venues. We are confident that this event will bring new growth and development opportunities for our company. We expect that participating in InnoTrans 2024 will help us strengthen our position in the international market, find new partners and clients, and gain valuable knowledge and experience. We hope that our stand will attract significant interest from the exhibition visitors and help us achieve our strategic goals.
