UZ resumed railway communication with the de-occupied cities of the Kyiv agglomeration

Ukrzaliznytsia rebuilt a railway bridge across the Irpin River and resumed communication with Bucha, Irpen, Vorzel, Borodianka and other settlements.
It is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to the press service of the company.
Trains will run on the route as part of the City Express project.
So, from May 7, train No. 6630 Borodianka-Svyatoshyn began to run daily. It will depart from Borodyanka at 19:10 and arrive at Svyatoshino station at 20:11. The train will make stops at the stations Makiichukovo, Klavdievo, Nemeshaevo, Kicheevo, Vorzel, Steklozavodskaya, Bucha, Lesnaya Bucha, Irpen, Belichi, Novobelichi. At the Svyatoshyn station, convenient transfers to the Okruzhnaya train are possible both in the direction of Syrets, Pochayna and Troyeshchina, as well as the Central Station, Vydubychi and Darnitsa.

In the coming days, it is also planned to resume the operation of long-distance trains on the restored bridge in the direction of Korosten: 12 routes are being considered, three of which are international.
