It is planned to hold five tenders, each of which assumes the supply of 3 thousand tons of fuel. The estimated marginal cost is set at UAH 28824.22 / t, reports Railway Supply magazine

According to the Consulting Group “A-95”, the average market price of wholesale lots of diesel fuel on the day of the announcement of the auction amounted to 27910 UAH / t. In addition, on July 1, Ukrzaliznytsia JSC entered into framework agreements for the supply of 200 thousand tons of diesel fuel in 2021 with OKKO, Torum, Sokar Ukraine, Gaztrim, Alliance Energo Trade, Oil Trade 2018, Live Torg and Martin Trade.
