The cost of constructing the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway has been announced

The length of the railway will be 454 kilometers, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
According to Deputy Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan, Jashurbek Choriev, speaking at the Tashkent Investment Forum, the construction cost is set at $5.1 billion.
He stated that the main agreements for the project have already been reached.
Earlier, LogiStan reported that the main obstacle to the project’s implementation was the financing issue, as the parties couldn’t agree on who would pay how much and under what conditions.
