Slovakia: Roman Koreň appointed as Chairman and CEO of ZSSK

Roman Koreň appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of ZSSK. The sole shareholder of Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko (ZSSK), the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic has appointed a new board of directors for the company.

Roman Koreň became the new Chairman and CEO of ZSSK, replacing Filip Hlubocký, informs Railway Supply magazine with reference to UIC.
Previously, he held various managerial positions in the railway sector in Slovakia, both in ZSSK and in the Ministry of Transport of Slovakia. Prior to his appointment as CEO of ZSSK, he served as Director of the EU and Strategic Projects Department.
