The first Stadler high-speed train will arrive in Serbia in October. The first train with a speed of up to 200 kilometers per hour, which Serbia ordered from the Swiss company Stadler, will be delivered in five months.

Serbia is interested in a strategic partnership with Stadler with the intention that, if conditions are created, the production of these state-of-the-art trains will also be launched in Serbia. This is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to JSC Serbian Railways.

According to the contract, the deadline for delivery of the first high-speed train from Stadler is October 31, 2021, and the remaining two – December 31, 2021. Сapacity – 316 seats.

These trains have a modern design, exceptional comfort, first and second class seats, Internet access, a special space for the disabled and adapted for people with disabilities.
