Freight carrier RCG (part of Austrian OBB) has signed a contract with Swiss leasing company MFD Rail for the supply of 600 flatbed platforms, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

The first 100 platforms under the agreement have already been received, with another 100 set to be delivered in the second half of 2024.

Simultaneously, European leasing company Ermewa has supplied 55 flatbed platforms produced by Tatravagonka to an unnamed customer in Sweden.

Additionally, Czech freight carrier EP Cargo has acquired 50 hoppers from leasing company GATX.
