Some time ago, LTG Cargo announced the implementation of a digital workplace, and today the carrier shares the first results, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

LTG Cargo reports successful testing of digital workplace

With the implementation of the digital workplace, LTG Cargo has developed an additional analytical tool for analyzing, evaluating, and monitoring performance indicators.

This tool in daily operations allows the Lithuanian carrier to monitor the completion of rolling stock repairs, understand the duration of time, and analyze the efficiency of both teams and depots.

Targeted testing of innovations helps better understand the overall team’s needs, making work more productive and successful.
