Derail Light prevents trains from derailing

Railserve and Focused Technology Solutions (FTS) have developed a solar-powered Derail Light. To improve visibility of derailments at railway stations Railserve will install 150 devices this quarter, informs railway magazine Railway Supply referring to Railway Age.

Derail Light detects derailment and automatically sends reports to any smart device to determine derailment position and prevent accidents.

A new invention is completely solar-powered. The light starts flashing blue when derail is visible, automatically monitoring the situation and notifing appropriate departments to any smart device.
