This event marks the beginning of the regular use of advanced intelligent technologies in freight trains on the Shenmu-Shozhou route.

The train is equipped with a panoramic monitoring system that enables it to recognize road signs and obstacles.

Developing such a system involved overcoming numerous challenges, including complex terrain and climatic conditions.

To achieve high performance, precise positioning and signal and obstacle detection systems were implemented, supported by the Chinese BeiDou navigation satellite system.

Simultaneously, trials are being conducted on the highway connecting Beijing and Tianjin for unmanned heavy-duty trucks.

These trucks are also capable of automatically adjusting their position and speed, making the movement safe and energy-efficient.
