This milestone reflects Amtrak’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences and encouraging loyal ridership. Nearly half of all Amtrak passengers now participate in the rewards program, enjoying exclusive perks and tailored benefits.

Recent updates to the program, including the Points & Cash option, provide more flexibility for riders. This feature allows members to combine points and cash for their travel, offering enhanced convenience. Amtrak continues to make improvements, such as the new Borealis service between St. Paul and Chicago, which carried 100,000 passengers within six months.
