The German railway concern Deutsche Bahn published an advertisement on its website, in which it announced the search in Ukraine for specialists in the construction and maintenance of railway infrastructure for various projects of the concern throughout Germany.

In particular, Deutsche Bahn is looking for catenary electricians, electric device fitters, track fitters, construction machine drivers, steel and reinforced concrete installers, communication installers and fiber optic cable operators. This was reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply.

It is noted that applicants are required to have experience in one of these areas from 5 years, in addition, they must have education in the relevant field. Prospective employees are also required to know German.

Earlier Railway Supply wrote that in January of last year DB searched for workers in Ukraine for a position of the driver of the train. “After proper training, you will be responsible for the operation, management and control of our trains… You will be responsible for conducting frequent inspections of train systems to identify any problems and take measures to restore its normal operation,” – said in a statement.
