Now, automated systems enable precise, real-time data sharing, eliminating inefficiencies. “Our smart supply chain ensures seamless information flow, boosting production speed and accuracy,” Qiao Lin added.

With the new system, order details like quantities and specifications reach suppliers instantly, streamlining workflows. “Materials arrive just-in-time, reducing storage needs and optimizing inventory levels,” explained Zhang Fengfei, operations director at CRRC Zhuzhou Electric.

“Real-time updates to production schedules automatically adjust supplier deliveries, maintaining seamless operations,” said Qi Ran, supply chain director at CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive. “This coordination allows us to respond quickly and execute production plans accurately.”
