Users can access five main service categories. Individuals may now file complaints, suggestions, or inquiries electronically. Legal entities can submit formal applications related to organizational matters directly through the portal.

The portal supports applications for major and depot-level freight wagon repairs. This service increases wagon safety and extends operational lifespan, benefitting private owners and corporate clients alike.

Digital Innovations from Azerbaijan Railways Support Modern Needs

Freight wagon cleaning and degassing services are also available. Individuals can request cleaning for their personal wagons, while legal users manage large-scale technical cleaning for company-owned fleets.

Additionally, technical consultations are offered for railway infrastructure projects. Private users receive expert advice on small-scale efforts, and government or corporate entities get support for complex public railway initiatives.

Design and planning services for rail infrastructure are another major feature. Whether constructing or upgrading, clients can consult professionals for guidance throughout their projects.

To begin, users must register, log in, choose a service, fill out the form, and agree to personal data terms. They then submit the request and can track updates in the “My Requests” dashboard.

Azerbaijan Railways aims to modernize service access and boost user satisfaction by adopting innovative digital tools. The portal simplifies processes and aligns with current demands in transportation management.
