To improve passenger interaction, Azerbaijan Railways has intensively trained more than 300 employees in customer service, English proficiency, and environmental awareness. Ensuring a comfortable and informative travel experience, the rail network has added navigation systems, including signs and screens, throughout the Absheron Circular Railway route.
