According to the Multimodal Transportation Technologies, an expert in railroad transportation, in 2023, Kazakhstani railways delivered 2.2 million tons of grain to China, which is 1.47 million tons or three times more than in 2022.

The volumes of rail shipments of milled products from Kazakhstan to China in 2023 increased to 600,000 tons, which is 300,000 tons or twice as much as the previous year.
