Launch of Shuttle Train to Tesla

A free shuttle train service has been launched to serve the Tesla Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg to the east of the capital, according to the railway portal Railway Supply, citing Railway Gazette.
The RB TES service is operated by Niederbarnimer Eisenbahn using a pair of Bombardier Talent diesel multiple units.
It began operating on September 4, replacing a shuttle bus, and is primarily intended for factory workers but is also open to the public.
Battery Tram-Train for Argentina
The route starts at Erkner station, the terminus of the Berlin S-Bahn S3 suburban railway, and on the RE1 Berlin – Frankfurt/Oder regional route, and goes to the new Fangschleuse Tesla Süd station on the branch serving the electric vehicle and battery factory.
On weekdays, there are 28 trains to the factory and 26 return journeys, with a travel time of around 12 minutes.
