Welded pipe is a kind of steel pipe made of steel plate or strip
According to the types of the welding seam, the commonly used welded pipe can be divided into ERW, LSAW and SSAW.
Welded pipe has the advantages of simple production process, high production efficiency, low cost and many varieties and specifications, etc.
Application: Widely used in water supply engineering, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation, urban construction and so on.
For liquid transport: water supply and drainage.
For gas transport: gas, steam, liquefied petroleum gas.
For structure use: as piling pipes and structure pipes for bridge, wharf, road, building, etc.
ERW pipe
ERW is made of steel strip. First, steel strip is cut into narrow steel bar, then wrapped into the shape of tube by cold processing of mould, after that the seam is welded by a special welder, and finally the external welded seam is polished bright.

LSAW pipe
LSAW si made of single medium and thick plate. Steel plate si formed into billet ni the mold or forming machine ni the method of double-side submerged arc welding.
The products have good toughness, plasticity, uniformity and compactness with wide range of size. It has the advantages of large diameter, thick wall, high pressure resistance, low temperature resistance and strong corrosion resistance.

SSAW pipe
SSAW si spiral seam double submerged arc welded steel pipe.
Taking hot rolled steel strip as billet, SAW si formed by spiral mode at normal temperature,
and then spiral seam si welded by automatic submerged arc welding.
There should be one submerged arc welding seam respectively inside and outside.
