WABERER’S Strengthens GYSEV CARGO with Investments

GYSEV CARGO plans to open a new terminal in Debrecen, further increasing its logistics capacity. The expansion supports infrastructure development and positions the operator for broader market growth.

Financial reports for 2023 indicate pre-tax earnings of 598 million HUF (€1.5 million). Net profit reached 544 million HUF, while total revenue amounted to 28.4 billion HUF (€72 million).

The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2025 after regulatory approvals. WABERER’S ensures compliance with Hungarian and Austrian laws, maintaining transparency throughout the process.

Earlier, WABERER’S acquired 51% of PSP Group, expanding into the Romanian transport market. This acquisition reinforced its position in Eastern Europe and broadened its logistics capabilities.
