Alena Lebedeva has expressed her outrage at these actions and considers them to be raiding. She reminded that a criminal investigation was initiated against her a year ago, accusing her of supporting an aggressor country through the supply of goods in 2018. The founder of Aurum Group claims that her enterprises, which support thousands of families, have been trying to continue operating in the face of a challenging economic situation in the country and maintain job opportunities.
It is noted that since 2014, Aurum Group gradually reduced its product deliveries to Russia and sought alternative markets in the European market.
Alena Lebedeva also added that after the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, her charitable foundation provided over 6.5 million hryvnias in assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is worth mentioning that Alena Lebedeva is the daughter of former Ukrainian Minister of Defense Pavel Lebedev (2012-2014).
Aurum Group is a Ukrainian diversified industrial and investment group. Its main areas of activity include engineering and railway freight transportation.
