Innovative Logistics Solutions and Terminal Services by East-West Intermodal Logistics.

In the coming years, a noticeable growth in freight volumes between Ukraine and the EU is expected, with a particular focus on transportation through Hungary.

Special attention will be paid to developing routes through the Batyevo-Eperjeske and Zahony-Chop railway crossings.

Plans include improving cross-border transportation technologies and optimizing the use of both European and broad-gauge railcars, enhancing freight flow efficiency and logistics.

One of the priority tasks is to improve the level of customer service. Ukrzaliznytsia and its partners intend to develop new transport methods that will reduce costs and improve delivery conditions.

Joint efforts on tariffs, service costs, and the provision of a full range of freight forwarding services aim to create competitive conditions for transport.

Cooperation with Hungarian and Polish railways opens up new opportunities for developing routes to the EU and promotes Ukrainian transport services in the international market.

Increasing freight volumes will be an important step towards strengthening Ukrzaliznytsia’s position in the European transport space.
