Ukrzaliznytsia repaired 7,088 freight wagons in January-April 2024, including 2002 wagons with major overhauls and 5086 with depot repairs, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

In addition to its own wagons, Ukrzaliznytsia also restores wagons owned by private individuals.

Since the beginning of the year, 2.9 thousand freight wagons owned by Ukrzaliznytsia and about 3.4 thousand wagons owned by private individuals have been repaired.

In total, Ukrzaliznytsia plans to repair 19 thousand freight wagons in 2024.
