Ukrainian railway workers will receive a one-time bonus

Employees of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” will receive a one-time bonus in December, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

Such a decision was made by the company’s management at the meeting on November 27.

“In 2023, we improved the company’s financial results, so to acknowledge the contribution of each employee to the stable and reliable operation of the railway during the war, a one-time incentive is planned to be paid in December. The payment will be made together with the salary for November. Thank you for your dedicated contribution to our collaborative work,” noted the chairman of the board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia,” Yevgeny Lyashchenko.

The amount of the one-time incentive will depend on the level of the structural unit where the railway worker is employed.

The highest amount, 14,000 UAH, will be received by employees of production units of regional branches, branches, as well as servicemen in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (VSU), railway workers, and veterans.

The bonus will be given to those employed in the company as of November 30, 2023, without any active disciplinary penalties, and whose worked hours for the 11 months of 2023 constitute at least 75% of the standard working hours.

Also, those who are dismissed due to the fulfillment of state or public duties, retaining their job, position, and average earnings, excluding the number of hours worked this year, will be eligible for the bonus.
