It utilizes two-frequency normalization technology, which can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of rail normalization.

The entire setup is housed in a standard 6.5m container and primarily consists of the following parts: normalization coils and transformers, lifting system, control system, generator unit (including exhaust gas cleaning system), gas storage tank, air compressor, cooling system, hydraulic system, and generator unit sound absorption system.

It can be used for normalizing metro rail lines (including trams). If equipped with a platform, it will have self-propelled capability, and if necessary, can also be towed.
