Passengers have selected the top three most comfortable trains, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

Top 3 Most Comfortable Trains According to Ukrzaliznytsia

JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” has released a list of the three trains deemed the most comfortable based on passenger feedback.

Since early June, passengers have submitted nearly 130,000 reviews via the UZ mobile app, which is designed to evaluate service.

The overall satisfaction level with the trips was 62.6%, while the proportion of reviews rating the trip less than 3 points was 12%.

Based on passenger feedback, the most comfortable trains are:

• Train No. 92/91 Lviv-Kyiv with a satisfaction rating of 94%;
• Train No. 7/8 Kharkiv-Odessa with 92.6%;
• Train No. 17 Kharkiv-Uzhhorod with 87%.

“We continue to analyze passenger feedback. This data is used to develop new schedules and routes, and it helps us constantly improve the quality of service,” noted Ukrzaliznytsia.

It was previously reported that Ukrzaliznytsia transports 100,000 passengers daily.
