The Tajikistan Railway awaits the repayment of debts amounting to $37 million, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

In 2023, railway transportation in Tajikistan handled 6.43 million tons of cargo, marking an increase of 347 thousand tons or 5.7% compared to 2022.

Tajik state agencies and enterprises owe around 403 million somoni ($37 million) to the Tajikistan Railway.
