The range of machines for construction, maintenance, and upgrading of railways has been released

Unipart Rail has released a line of machines for railway construction and maintenance, developed in collaboration with Thomson Engineering Design Ltd, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
– Sleeper Layer, providing productivity of up to 1,000 sleepers per hour, with options including automatic control, remote condition monitoring, and diagnostic support;
– Rail Handler – a versatile machine for rail installation and removal;
– Rail Clipper – a self-propelled machine for railways.
The plans to release this line were announced in March when Unipart was named the exclusive partner of Thomson Engineering Design for sales and distribution in Europe, Asia, New Zealand, Australia, and North America.
Suppliers expect these machines to improve safety, productivity, and efficiency, accelerate project implementation, and significantly reduce costs.
The companies are also developing a Mobile Railway Manipulator, or MoRPH.
