Opening the market for private railway operators in France
The depot will be equipped with workshops, offices, warehouses, training facilities, and a base for the British Transport Police.
Its functionality extends to servicing the HS2 track and systems during the night when trains are not running.
With connectivity to the East-West Rail (EWR), the depot will have access to heavy equipment and materials, ensuring seamless operation.
