The Children’s Railway in Rivne (Ukraine) will open for the season in June

Natalia Serkova, the head of the small railway, shared this information, as reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply, citing Rail.insider. She mentioned that the opening ceremony would be modest due to the current state of war and the possibility of an air raid, requiring everyone to take shelter.

“We will operate on Saturdays and Sundays, with trains running every hour starting from 10:00. The last trip will begin at 16:00. We are pleased to open in June because it was challenging last year, and we opened later. It seems that this year we will also operate in September,” noted Natalia Serkova.

Compared to last year’s prices, ticket prices have increased by one hryvnia for children and two hryvnias for adults. In 2023, a child’s ticket will cost 15 UAH, and an adult ticket will cost 23 UAH.

As previously reported, the Dnipro Children’s Railway is also preparing to open for the railway season.
